1. Order Processing
Online orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx)
Local Pickup available at our Massachusetts storefront
Local Delivery within select ZIP codes (see website for areas and rates)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders (check promotions).
3. Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged or goes missing, email hello@orla-store.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
4. Address Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us ASAP at hello@orla-store.com. We’ll try our best, but if the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
