1. Where are you located?

We’re tucked inside a two-story yellow brick house just off the main street of Turners Falls, MA. The store is on the first floor, with our office and workspace above.

2. What are your hours?

We’re open Thursday through Monday, 11am–6pm.
Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to rest, reset, and restock.
Follow us on Instagram for any special closures or extended hours.

3. Do you sell online?

We're primarily in-store for now! If you've seen something on Instagram or have a specific request, feel free to DM us or email—we’re happy to ship when we can.

4. What do you carry?

A considered mix of apparel, homewares, handmade goods, and rotating work from potters, textile artists, and independent designers. We focus on timeless staples and one-of-a-kind pieces.

5. Do you restock items?

Some of our everyday goods—like soaps, teas, and certain apparel pieces—are restocked regularly. Many items, especially handmade or vintage pieces, are limited or one-of-a-kind.

6. Can I place a custom or special order?

Sometimes! A few of our makers accept commissions. Feel free to reach out with your idea and we’ll see what’s possible.

7. Are your products ethically or sustainably made?

Yes. We prioritize goods made with care, intention, and transparency. Most items are handmade or small-batch by independent artists and makers who share our values.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days on most unused items with a receipt. Some pieces, like personal care or one-of-a-kind goods, may be final sale—we’ll let you know at checkout.

9. Do you host events, pop-ups, or collaborations?

We do on occasion! If you’re a maker or organizer interested in collaborating, send us a message—we’d love to hear from you.
